It's kind of disheartening that to get a hoodie of decent quality you need to spend $80. Thankfully this is not always true. Daytrip is an inexpensive brand, and this Butterfly hoodie features plenty of design effort. Available now for $24.

Sanuk is getting more and more into the shoe market. First with its Donny Slip ons. Now with the Hey Jute Surfer Shoes. Apparently they feature a jute stitch which is why they are the hey jute's. I think sanuk invented the stitch though because Jute stitch sounds like something created on the beach. Anyway, pick them up now for $55.

One of the main jobs as a blog owner is to identify keywords. Keywords that connect people with content they are seeking. While I know the content on this site is top notch, I often struggle to put words to what I find. I'm aware that the technical term of the clothing I research and review is "Streetwear", but thats not how the people define it. To me this has come as a big surprise and has lead me to the question, What is streetwear?
Is it Hip Hop Clothing? Is it Punk Clothing? Is it pop culture inspired?
The answer is that the category of streetwear has grown to cover all of these. Judging by the number of orders placed as Karmaloop in a day, and the Number of searches placed for Hip Hop Clothing, Punk Clothing, Urban Clothing, and other similar terms- The people have defined streetwear simply as EVERYTHING.
Streetwear is Hip Hop Clothing.
Streetwear is Punk Clothing.
Streetwear is Pop Culture Clothing.
Streetwear is Urban Clothing.
Peace.

Circa isn't known for their loud designs. When I think about Circa i think simple designs, that always function really well. Every pair of circa sneakers I have owned, for instance, are black and red- and have lasted forever. This hat appears to stray from what they know best, yet looks fantastic. Reminds me of an old school pizza hut ad or something. Pick it up for your favorite skater now at CCS for $36.99.

I have this Burton T-Shirt from like the 1989 US Snowboarding Open, when it was held at Stratton. Its a super low key shirt but it has a purple and yellow-orange fade print on it. Unfortunately it also smells absolutely horrible from years of wearing as an undershirt when I'm riding. This Almost Rad T-shirt, is almost as cool as that shirt. And definitely as cool as any t-shirt you can buy now. Pick it up at CCS for $19.99.

Local Celebrity has been around for a bit. I just found out about them this morning, and have been browsing their product catalog since. With a collection of over 100 retro themed shirts this is the best selection from one company I have seen. The tees range from captain planet, to mtv, to retro themed anti war designs. The thing I like most about Local Celebrity is that they don't force irony into every one of their products. The Chill Pill t-shirt picture to the left for instance isn't funny at all. It's just a good solid graphic with retro colors. The t-shirts range from $25-$27 and are available now.

Yes, this is a product blog. Which is why I'm choosing to blog about Identity Protection from LifeLock. Everyday I write articles about products available online, and everyday people use their credit cards to buy these products. While all of the sites I refer to directly from here are secure, It is still possible for your credit card information to be stolen using other services. Through this hackers can get your social security number, which allows them to easily open credit cards in your name. LifeLock offers you $1million in protection, at the cost of just $10 a month. The best way to look at it is...Why not?

Busted Tees are more known for their witty one liner T-Shirts than their artistic flavored products. The owners wanted to change this and made a subset up their company called Defunker. While these are more artistic, some of Busted tees humor still shines through in tees like the "Nuts" Tee pictured to the left (available for $18). For a bunch more looks hit the link.

Toshiba makes quality products at a reasonable price. To most of us heavily interested in the streetwear and sports industries our first priority is not to have the fastest computer on the block. We do however want something that is stylish, reliable, and fast enough to do the Web 2.0 stuff on the internet we want to do. The Satellite T7100 Laptop with Intel Core 2 Due Processor is that laptop. Marble finished exterior, with all the goodies we need on the inside.
